Konto anlegen
Legen Sie auf der Kontoseite ein Konto an. Nach der Bestätigung Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse erhalten Sie Startguthaben und Ihren ersten API-Schlüssel.

Schlüssel auf dem Server ablegen
Der Schlüssel (enlapa_…) wird nur einmal angezeigt. Legen Sie ihn in Ihrem Secret Store oder in einer Umgebungsvariablen ab, etwa ENLAPA_API_KEY. Er gehört auf einen Server, nicht in einen Browser oder ein App-Bundle.

Einen Standort abfragen

POST /v1/profile liefert alle Felder eines Presets für einen Punkt, jedes mit Quellenangabe. Das Beispiel fragt den Kölner Dom ab und deckelt die Kosten des Aufrufs bei 0,02 €.

Der Katalog nennt jedes Feld mit den Ländern, die es abdeckt, seiner Grundlage und seiner Lizenz. Zum Datenkatalog

Erste Schritte

Authentifizierung

Jede Datenabfrage braucht den Header X-API-Key: enlapa_…. Schlüssel haben den Bereich data:read, gelten höchstens 365 Tage und lassen sich im Konto mit Übergangsfrist rotieren. Laufende Clients arbeiten beim Wechsel weiter.

Datenabfragen nehmen keine Browser-Anfragen an (kein CORS). Das ist Absicht: Ein Schlüssel in einer Webseite ist für jeden lesbar, der sie öffnet. Rufen Sie die API aus Ihrem Backend, einem Job oder einer Agenten-Laufzeit auf.

Das Konto selbst (Schlüssel, Nutzung, Guthaben) verwalten Sie mit einer kurzlebigen Sitzung, gesendet als Authorization: Bearer. Ein Schlüssel kann das Konto lesen, aber nicht verwalten.

Konzepte

Antworten und Quellen

Jeder Wert kommt im selben Umschlag (envelope_version dapi-2). Alle Schlüssel sind immer vorhanden; was nicht zutrifft, ist null.

value, unit: Wert und Einheit.
status: ok, absent, not_covered oder failed (siehe unten).
source, licence, attribution: Quelle, Lizenz und der Quellenvermerk, den die Lizenz verlangt. Zeigen Sie den Vermerk überall, wo Sie den Wert zeigen.
basis: Das rechtliche Gewicht des Werts (nächster Abschnitt).
vintage, fetched_at, refresh_cycle: Stand beim Herausgeber, letzter Abruf durch ENLAPA und Aktualisierungsrhythmus.
support, resolution_m: Worauf sich der Wert bezieht (Punkt, Überlappung mit dem Flurstück, nächstes Objekt oder Gebietswert) und seine Auflösung.
derivation: Bei abgeleiteten Werten: Methode und alle Eingangsquellen.
reason, retryable: Warum ein Wert fehlt und ob ein neuer Versuch helfen kann.

Die vier Status

ok	Ein Wert mit Quelle, Lizenz, Abrufzeitpunkt, Grundlage und räumlichem Bezug.
absent	Die Quelle deckt den Ort ab und hat dort nichts, z. B. kein Naturschutzgebiet am Punkt. Das ist ein Befund, kein Fehler.
not_covered	Keine nutzbare Quelle für diesen Ort oder dieses Kriterium (anderes Bundesland, nicht lizenzierbar, veraltet). Mit Grund, ohne Ersatzwert.
failed	Die Quelle gibt es, die Abfrage ist gerade fehlgeschlagen. `retryable` sagt, ob sich ein neuer Versuch lohnt.

Fehlen Daten, sagt die Antwort das: Das Feld steht unter not_covered mit Grund (outside_coverage, not_licensable, stale, needs_area, …). Geschätzt wird nichts. Berechnet wird ein Aufruf nur, wenn er mindestens einen Wert liefert; not_covered, Fehler und Ablehnungen sind kostenlos.

Konzepte

Basis und Verlässlichkeit

basis gibt an, worauf ein Wert beruht, und damit, wie belastbar er ist. Werte mit model, llm_extracted_draft, osm_community oder plan_draft sind Schätzungen oder vorläufig. Kein Ergebnis ist eine verbindliche Auskunft. Verbindlich sind nur die zuständigen Behörden, Gemeinden und Netzbetreiber (Nutzungsbedingungen § 11).

Amtlichofficial_register
Aus einem amtlichen Register oder amtlichen Geodaten (z. B. ALKIS, BKG, Länderdienste).
Wie belastbar: Belastbar. Maßgeblich bleibt die Auskunft der zuständigen Stelle; Stand beachten.
Plan in Kraftplan_in_force
Aus einem geltenden Bebauungs-, Flächennutzungs- oder Regionalplan.
Wie belastbar: Gibt den Plan wieder. Ersetzt weder den Plantext noch die Auskunft der Gemeinde.
Planentwurfplan_draft
Aus einem Planentwurf. Er ist nicht in Kraft und kann sich ändern.
Wie belastbar: Vorläufig. Zeigt, wohin die Planung geht.
Betreiberangabeoperator_publication_nonbinding
Aus einer unverbindlichen Veröffentlichung eines Betreibers, etwa eines Netzbetreibers.
Wie belastbar: Zur Orientierung. Verbindlich ist nur die Antwort des Betreibers auf Ihre Anfrage.
OpenStreetMaposm_community
Aus OpenStreetMap, gepflegt von Freiwilligen (ODbL).
Wie belastbar: Oft gut, aber nicht amtlich geprüft. Lücken und Stand schwanken je Region.
Modellmodel
Von ENLAPA oder Dritten berechnet, z. B. Ertragsschätzungen, Lärmwerte oder Luftlinienabstände.
Wie belastbar: Eine Schätzung, keine Messung. Für Vorauswahl und Vergleich, nicht als Nachweis.

Kosten und Idempotenz

Beträge sind ganze Zahlen in Mikro-Euro (1 € = 1.000.000), netto. Jede kostenpflichtige Antwort trägt X-Cost-Micros und meta.cost_micros; X-Balance-Micros zeigt das Restguthaben.
Kostenpflichtige Operationen verlangen den Header Idempotency-Key (8 bis 128 Zeichen aus [A-Za-z0-9_.:-]). Dieselbe Anfrage mit demselben Key innerhalb von 24 Stunden liefert die gespeicherte Antwort und kostet nicht noch einmal. Wiederholen Sie deshalb immer mit demselben Key.
max_cost_micros legt fest, was ein Aufruf höchstens kosten darf. Wäre er teurer, läuft er nicht und kostet nichts (MAX_COST_EXCEEDED). Mit 0 sind nur Freieinheiten erlaubt.
Monatliche Freikontingente werden zuerst verbraucht. Alle Preise: Preise.

Fehler

Jeder Fehler hat dieselbe Form: {detail, code, retryable}. Werten Sie code aus, nicht den Text. Senden Sie eine Anfrage nur dann unverändert erneut, wenn retryable true ist, und warten Sie Retry-After ab, falls gesetzt.

Ratenlimits

Anfragen sind je Schlüssel, Konto und Netzwerkadresse begrenzt. Einige Operationen haben zusätzlich Tagesgrenzen (Einheiten, gelieferte Zeilen, Flurstückssuchen). Jede Antwort meldet das knappste Fenster in X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining und X-RateLimit-Reset. Über der Grenze antwortet die API mit 429 und Retry-After; solche Aufrufe kosten nichts.

Ein neuer Schlüssel erlaubt derzeit 20 Anfragen pro Minute. Sie brauchen mehr? Schreiben Sie uns.

Die Adresssuche nimmt eine Adresse je Aufruf und ist nicht für Massen- oder Rasterabfragen gedacht. Request-Bodies sind größenbegrenzt; senden Sie Content-Length mit.

MCP für KI-Agenten

Der Daten-MCP ist ein lesender Model-Context-Protocol-Endpunkt für dieselben Operationen: gleicher Schlüssel, gleiche Preise, gleiche Quellenangaben. Agenten erhalten vier Werkzeuge: describe (Katalog), locate (Adresssuche, Flurstück), query (Flurstückssuche, Datensatzabfrage) und analyze (Profil, Flächencheck, Abstände).

Konto anlegen
Legen Sie auf der Kontoseite ein Konto an. Nach der Bestätigung Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse erhalten Sie Startguthaben und Ihren ersten API-Schlüssel.

Schlüssel auf dem Server ablegen
Der Schlüssel (enlapa_…) wird nur einmal angezeigt. Legen Sie ihn in Ihrem Secret Store oder in einer Umgebungsvariablen ab, etwa ENLAPA_API_KEY. Er gehört auf einen Server, nicht in einen Browser oder ein App-Bundle.

Einen Standort abfragen

POST /v1/profile liefert alle Felder eines Presets für einen Punkt, jedes mit Quellenangabe. Das Beispiel fragt den Kölner Dom ab und deckelt die Kosten des Aufrufs bei 0,02 €.

Authentifizierung

Das Konto selbst (Schlüssel, Nutzung, Guthaben) verwalten Sie mit einer kurzlebigen Sitzung, gesendet als Authorization: Bearer. Ein Schlüssel kann das Konto lesen, aber nicht verwalten.

Antworten und Quellen

Jeder Wert kommt im selben Umschlag (envelope_version dapi-2). Alle Schlüssel sind immer vorhanden; was nicht zutrifft, ist null.

value, unit: Wert und Einheit.
status: ok, absent, not_covered oder failed (siehe unten).
source, licence, attribution: Quelle, Lizenz und der Quellenvermerk, den die Lizenz verlangt. Zeigen Sie den Vermerk überall, wo Sie den Wert zeigen.
basis: Das rechtliche Gewicht des Werts (nächster Abschnitt).
vintage, fetched_at, refresh_cycle: Stand beim Herausgeber, letzter Abruf durch ENLAPA und Aktualisierungsrhythmus.
support, resolution_m: Worauf sich der Wert bezieht (Punkt, Überlappung mit dem Flurstück, nächstes Objekt oder Gebietswert) und seine Auflösung.
derivation: Bei abgeleiteten Werten: Methode und alle Eingangsquellen.
reason, retryable: Warum ein Wert fehlt und ob ein neuer Versuch helfen kann.

Die vier Status

ok	Ein Wert mit Quelle, Lizenz, Abrufzeitpunkt, Grundlage und räumlichem Bezug.
absent	Die Quelle deckt den Ort ab und hat dort nichts, z. B. kein Naturschutzgebiet am Punkt. Das ist ein Befund, kein Fehler.
not_covered	Keine nutzbare Quelle für diesen Ort oder dieses Kriterium (anderes Bundesland, nicht lizenzierbar, veraltet). Mit Grund, ohne Ersatzwert.
failed	Die Quelle gibt es, die Abfrage ist gerade fehlgeschlagen. `retryable` sagt, ob sich ein neuer Versuch lohnt.

Kosten und Idempotenz

Beträge sind ganze Zahlen in Mikro-Euro (1 € = 1.000.000), netto. Jede kostenpflichtige Antwort trägt X-Cost-Micros und meta.cost_micros; X-Balance-Micros zeigt das Restguthaben.
Kostenpflichtige Operationen verlangen den Header Idempotency-Key (8 bis 128 Zeichen aus [A-Za-z0-9_.:-]). Dieselbe Anfrage mit demselben Key innerhalb von 24 Stunden liefert die gespeicherte Antwort und kostet nicht noch einmal. Wiederholen Sie deshalb immer mit demselben Key.
max_cost_micros legt fest, was ein Aufruf höchstens kosten darf. Wäre er teurer, läuft er nicht und kostet nichts (MAX_COST_EXCEEDED). Mit 0 sind nur Freieinheiten erlaubt.
Monatliche Freikontingente werden zuerst verbraucht. Alle Preise: Preise.
