Grid intelligence
The grid connection decides which projects go ahead, and it usually decides later than it should. ENLAPA turns grid data into a map layer: connected capacity, curtailment and an indicative available capacity per substation. Every number carries its origin: measured or model.
Real data first
Measured data comes first; models are marked as such. That is not a flaw, it is part of the method: you always know what a number rests on.
