Which land do you want to lease?
Almost every parcel has a suitable use. Ground-mounted photovoltaics reaches a market-typical €3,000 to €5,000 per hectare and year, up to €5,500 at grid-near premium sites. Agri-photovoltaics, where the land stays in agricultural use, ranges from €1,000 to €3,000 per hectare. Grid-near sites for battery storage earn the highest leases at €20,000 to €30,000 per hectare and year, and even a few hundred square metres in a commercial zone can be enough for a smaller storage system. Which route fits your parcel depends mainly on location, grid proximity, size and soil quality.
Choose the land type below that matches your parcel. Each page explains the suitability criteria, realistic lease ranges and the path to leasing in detail. If you are unsure, the free land check assesses your parcel automatically for suitability and restrictions.

How leasing works
From the first check to ongoing lease payments you stay in control at all times. The land check is free and anonymous, and you only request an offer if you want to.
- 1. Land check
Mark your land on the map and check its suitability in seconds, free and without obligation. A lease offer you request afterwards without obligation.
- 2. Brokerage agreement with ENLAPA
If you want to receive an offer, you release your details and sign a brokerage agreement with ENLAPA, free of charge for you. Only then do we present your land to vetted developers.
- 3. Offer and negotiation
On the basis of the brokerage agreement you receive concrete interested parties and a lease offer. Lease amount, term and dismantling are negotiated, and you should have the contract reviewed by a lawyer.
- 4. Ongoing lease
The developer handles permitting, construction and operation. From commissioning, the agreed lease is paid reliably over the entire term.
